Services

All Drivers are equipped with cellular phones, and are provided instructions on the directions if need be for the passenger's destination to minimize any delay or any confusion.

Airport Transfers

We meet the arriving flight according to the actual arrival time of the flight, so we don't waste your time or ours.

Driver or Greeter will contact Passenger(s) by cell phone shortly after landing. The Driver or Greeter will instruct passenger(s) to the best possible pick up location for a speedy and safe departure.

Private Plane Transportation

Air travel from FBO to FBO ( Fix Base Operations) any where a plane can travel. We can get you there. First class accommodates. Just ask for pricing and details.

Personal Security

We offer Armed  Personal Security  for you and your group. Highly trained personal in hand to hand combat and a assorted firearms that can handle most situations. Please call for pricing and details. 

Airport Charters

We pick up passengers at pick up location. We then take passengers to the airport to meet their guest. Passengers can meet their guests with or without the drivers assistance. Then off to your destination. The Driver will assist in helping the passengers with their luggage in any why he or she can, if needed, in order to make the first part of the their experience with Superior Transportation the BEST it can be. If needed by our clients, the driver's cellular phone number can be provided to make any worries or confusions disappear.

Transfers / Charters

When the driver arrives at the pickup location the driver will notify passengers of their arrival. The driver will assist with any packages or baggage if need be handled to make your Transfer/Charter the BEST it can be.

Charter/Hourly

Charter/Hourly service is when passenger/s want to do more then go from point A to point B.
Examples: Dinner & Theater, Concerts, Sight seeing, Proms, Weddings, Meetings and more.
Minimum hours required, starting from 2-5 hours  depending on vehicles and/or venue.
Cost starts from the time the vehicle leaves the garage to the time the vehicle returns.

Out of Town/State

For the passenger/s who like to sit back and relax that are going to other cities or/and states. Leave the driving to a professional chauffeur.
Cost starts from the time the vehicle leaves the garage to the time the vehicle returns.

Personal Chauffeur/Assist Service

For the client/passenger/s that needs a little more then just a driver. We offer Professional chauffeur.
To do the everyday needs; Work, Stores, Errands, Doctors, Schools and etc.
Can be hired by weeks to months and more. Assist services is for the clients that need help everyday.
Like a Admen/Personal Assistant. Great for Work, Pleasure, appointments, errands, functions and more. Can be hired by day, week, month or more.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express Or Discover Wire Transfers with Credit Card Back Up on Services of Personal Security, Private Plane , Helicopter, Yacht Charters
ALL Payments for ALL services are to be made in advance before service are rendered.

Except: Plane, Helicopter, Yacht Charter and Security Services
ALL Deposits for Special Venues and Charters are Non refundable.
If Balances can not be collected from card on file agreement or another credit card is not provided. This Agreement will be canceled and services will not be rendered and deposit will be not returned.

Cost of Services:

Limousine Service:
$xxxx.xx includes gratuity and fees per hour
Trip is based up to xxxx hours of service from garage to garage
Overtime is at the same hourly rate.

Cancellation policy: if cancellation is less then 2 days of pick up date we will charge 100% of the booking charges on: Sedans, SUVs, Vans Cancellation policy: if cancellation is less then 7 days of pick up date we will charge 100% of the booking charges on: All Limousines, All Buses, Mercedes, Lexis, Infinity, Bentley, Rolls Royce

Air/Sea Charters:

Charters Prices $xxxxx.xx are based upon estimate hours contracted for point to point
Overtime is based on the same contracted rate.

Cancellation policy:

Deposits/Payments are Non refundable.
Any Damages (Vomit, breakage, smoking, vandalism..etc) start at $300.00 and up.
Superior Transportation is not responsible for any items left behind by passenger/s.

No Smoking in Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines and all Buses
Alcoholic beverages are allowed on
Limousines, Planes**, Yachts and Party Buses only.* * All Passengers must be over 21. ** Passenger compartment is separate. 

In the event that there is a situation that is out of the control of Superior Transportation as example: accident, mechanical failure. Superior will send a equivalent vehicle as a replacement. If a replacement vehicle can NOT be used do to the fact of availability. Either Superior will reschedule if possible or refund any money's or credits. If Superior Reschedules,  ALL terms and conditions apply. If weather is a factor in the delay or cancellation of service being rendered. Superior transportation will either reschedule or make the best possible time to keep the appointed time.

Additional Charges:

Delays for airport pick ups due to delayed flights circling airports  or diverted flights, lost luggage is the clients responsibilities to pay waiting time fees per hour. If the pick up time exceeds 1 hour after actual landing time.

Air/Sea Charters:

Additional charges with be charged in the case delays at arrival point of 2 hours or more on a per hour bases,

How does the pick-up work?

One of our professional chauffeurs will be standing at the pick-up locations 15 minutes prior to pick up time with signage. (If required, chauffeur will contact your cell phone).

What type of packages do you offer?

We cater to all sorts of clientele. Our packages range from but are not limited to Birthdays, Proms, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, corporate functions.

Do you have special requests?

Yes, want a certain type of music? Want to surprise a loved one with a red rose and a bottle of champagne? No request is too small or big..Just Ask!

What is the difference between a transfer and a charter?

A transfer is from point A to B in town, and a charter is on an hourly basis and all vehicles have a three hour minimum except for the buses they have a five hour minimum.
